Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 2025

1. Acceptance

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Equipment Rental

All rentals are subject to application approval. Minimum finance amount: R40,000 (excl. VAT). Equipment must be returned in good condition.

3. Payment

Payments are due monthly in advance. Late payments may incur charges.

4. Warranty

All rental equipment is warranted for hardware defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

Datanex Solutions is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law.
